Description
Summary:TM field is oil field which is located in Central Sumatra Basin approximately 200 km north of Pekanbaru. It was under operation of PT CPI since July 1971. Since the first oil was discovered, there have been continuous effort to increase oil production using new methods and technology.

The main reservoirs of this field consist of Duri, Bekasap, Bangko, and Menggala Formation. Sandstone A in Bekasap Formation is the main object for this research.

The method that is used in this research is Seismic Multi attribute analysis which is a method that predicts reservoir properties from several seismic attributes. Stage of processing seismic data started from FEQC-RPFS to search the sensitive parameters. the inversion method were then used to produce AI volume which is utilized as an external attribute for Seismic Multi attribute analysis. The results of Multi attribute analysis are pseudo-gamma ray, density, vp, and porosity volume. These volumes are used to predict the spread of lithology and porosity from sandstone A in Bekasap Formation.

Based on these pseudo volumes we can make a Horizon slice map at window 45 ms below Bekasap horizon for each volume. According to this slice map there is a sandstone that well developed at the north east area and it has a potential for further exploration
