Summary:Indonesia has a land and sea border with Timor Leste. Up to now, negotiations between the RI (Republic of Indonesia) and Timor-Leste (Democratic Republic of Timor Leste) has not reach the maritime boundary. This final project focuses on the determination of the territorial sea boundary Oekusi province, Timor Leste. The methodology used to determine the Territorial Sea boundary line of the enclave of Timor Leste Oekusi starting from the identification of baseline used by the two countries. Indonesia as an archipelagic country is able use a straight baseline, whereas Oekusi Timor Leste can only use normal baseline. Principles used in drawing the median line is the principle of the concept of a circle equidistant between Indonesian Baseline with Oekusi Timor Lestes Basepoint. The results given by this final project is the coordinates of the point forming the territorial sea boundary between Indonesia and Oekusi - Timor Leste in the Savu Sea.
