Summary:In various technical products, usually are found components which function to transmit torque. One of them is keyed shaft-hub connections. <br /> At this connections, often occurre impuls torque. Many applications such as lathe, agriculture machines, crane transmitions and crusher materials are known that maximum rate torque is dT/dt = 125 x 10 3 Nm/s. To know about the strength of this connections, the test has to be done. So, this thesis designed testing machine which ca give definite impuls torque. <br /> Many methods of design have been disclosured by experts. In this thesis, it is used the method of design which had been disclosured by Phal and <br /> Beitz in their book:"Engineering Design: A Systematic Approach". In that book same steps to make testing machine had been disclosured and <br /> this thesis will be completed in to detail design.
