methods. One of method that at this time is expanding that is Genetic Algorithm method. Genetic Algorithm is an optimization method that use genetics principles for example mutation, and crossover in course of its execution. <br />

In this report written down example how conducts optimization conventional milling process use Genetic Algorithm method. In course of optimization that conducted there are some phase that must be done. First phase that is input data process of parameter of milling process that will be optimized have the shape of cutting speed, feeding speed, and cutting width. Milling process that conducted use Aluminium 2024 as work piece. Afterwards, conducted optimization uses Genetic Algorithm so it's got machining parameter that optimum. Last phase that is checking of optimization result by undertaking milling process uses parameter that got from optimization result. <br />

Result that got have some errors in its calculation. This condition possibility is caused by some factors for example optimum parameter that got not attached in machine so it's process conducted with parameter that its value come near. |
