Regular maintenance on machine must be done in order to decrease production cost. Predictive maintenance based on vibration monitoring is actually one of the most applicable maintenance method. This method requires dynamic signal analyzer to acquire, process, display, save, and read datas. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this research, the last developed dynamic signal analyzer, which is DSA F2575 and DSA NI-Andreas, was continuosly studied. And then research was continued with understanding data processing theory and LABVIew 7.1 programming technic. Later on, this software was developed and named DSA NI-Tony. <br /> <br /> <br /> Three type of examination applied to gather informations about the performance of this new software, that is examining sinusoidal signals that obtained from generator signal of MSA HP-3566A, examining vibration response on peripheral pad test vibration of bearing and doing FRF measurement on peripheral pad test vibration of bearing structure. MSA HP-3566A was chosen to be reference data acquisition tool. <br /> <br /> <br /> At the end of this research, it could be concluded that this DSA NI-Tony software can properly used to control NI PCI-4451 data acquisition card, process, display, save, and read datas. Moreover, the results of this new developed software were mostly closed with the reference data acquisition tools, MSA HP-3566A. text
