Description
Summary:Electronic Health Record is the most important and the most confidential repository patient history in health domain, the data that available in EHR can be used for patient curing, the improvement of healthcare quality, health statistics, education, finance, and law evidence. The common paradigm that develops recently and regulation states that EHR is confidential and sensitive therefore it may not be shared with other parties, so the impact in the business cycle of health will be disturbed because of the limitation of data and information. Overcome the condition, it is necessary to have a comprehensice approach in sharing service interoperability and health data without putting aside the confidentility aspect and data integrity. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is chosen to solve the

complexity, limitation, and the heterogenity of health data and process. SOA is chosen as a solution approach because it has loosely coupled characteristic, highly

interoperable, reusable, and interoperability. In establishing this interoperability, we need a reference and standard of development and implementation, for this

reason we have to make the architect that contains definition, standard, implementation and development guideline EHR interoperability.
