Thus it requires separated market for each sector. Regulation on transmission cost becomes one of important things in this case. Different methods that used to determine the transmission cost influence the value that considered as a fair for market participants. In this final project, the writer makes an analysis on a method of determining the share of transmission cost. In that method, the contribution of power contract on line power flow is used as the criterion of the extent of use of the transmission line. To determine the contribution of each contract to the line power flow, firstly the contribution of each contract on each voltage angle is determined, which is called voltage angle decomposition. DC power flow is used to determine the voltage angle decomposition. It results voltage angles caused by each real power contracts applied on the system. The voltage angles are linear to the magnitude of power flow. To consider the system nonlinearity, the magnitude of voltage angles is substituted by its sine value. The sine value is then extracted to contributions of each power contracts. The resulted value is then used to determine the line power flow of each contract, as a corrected value of line power

flow. The sharing of transmission cost is then determined by the extent of use of each contract. In this final project, this method of determining the sharing of

transmission cost is used on 14 bus IEEE test system in two different power market model, bilateral model and hybrid model. text
