A very tight <br /> <br /> <br /> competition in clothing industry make Ouval Research to be more inovative and creative it needs support from all the resources and capabilities that the company have and also top management commitment to sustain Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA). A long the way, Ouval <br /> <br /> <br /> Research meet various obstacles and challenges. Therefore it needs new ways to overcome the obstacles. Corporate entrepreneurship is an entrepreneurial activity that done in a large company, where the activity could produce a lot of innovation in service, product, or anything that will give the company a new perspective. Through implementation of Corporate <br /> <br /> <br /> entrepreneurship in Ouval Research it is expected that could overcome the obstacles and give a sustainable competitive advantage also for Ouval Research. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research has two objective that is first, to know about the orientation of entrepreneurial culture in Ouval Reserach through analizing every dimension that support the corporate entrepreneurship. Second, to know what entrepreneurial act done by the leader that important to the employee and how frequent the act have been done. The research for entrepreneurial culture conducted using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey) quetionaire and for the entrepreneurial leadership act conducted using the ELQ (Entrepreneurial Leadership Quetionaire). Both of this quetionaire comes from Neal thornberry books. This questionnaire were collected from 60 respondens out of 92 Ouval research employee. EOS survey results indicated that the overall implementation CE in Ouval research is not good enough. This was shown by entrepreneurial dimension score from 2,43 to 3.93 in scale of 5, with most dimensions were scored at medium level. ELQ survey results shows a gap between the important of an entrepreneurial act with the frequency that has been done by the leaders in Ouval Research. This was shown by the achivement of the implementation frequency (F) to the level of importance (I) on the leader’s entrepreneurial behavior, ranged between 74,61% (Miners) to 78,43% (GEL).From this research, it is expected that all the employee of Ouval research supported the implementation of Corporate entrepreneurship so it will give Ouval research a new sustainable competitive advantage. text
