They <br /> tried to understand about rules, concepts and culture in the place they were live. <br /> In preschool children doing such as indoor and outdoor playing pattern, therefore this thesis was <br /> written to observe local aspect in playground. Based on the phenomena that people thought that <br /> playing in playground is just swinging, wobble up and down or slide away. This condition caused <br /> uniformity in making and using playground at preschool even in village, city, mountainous, or <br /> coastal district. All preschool using the same playground. <br /> For people in coastal district, in this observation represent by Sindang Kerta society, to establish <br /> the rules and live concepts beginning when children started to realize about their environment. In <br /> coastal society culture such as hardworking, working in group and hard living is prime based of <br /> rules that will be naturally taught to their children. Therefore, it is important to serve the <br /> playground which can accommodate establishing the rules of the society and coastal geographic <br /> condition. School is one ofthe important factor to establishing local content to the children. I am <br /> expecting that school administrator can make such a change in using the playground. <br /> Based on that phenomena, this thesis was written to observe and scrutinize the children <br /> playground in coastal district. In this observation, will be anahze the using ofplayground as a <br /> media for establishing and developing the children potential and local content matter. <br /> The conclusion is that the playground shold be in conformity with geography condition and <br /> characteristic ofthe society. <br /> Those statement above more or less being expected as suggestion for people who dealing with the <br /> development ofpreschool playground.
