In Bandung Tengah Area, HUG Motor is a market leader in car wash business and ranked first as the best lubricant seller for Shell and Mobil 1. <br /> <br /> <br /> Bandung has experienced a significant economic growth from year to year. This can be seen from the growing number of business center and recreation site around the city. Another indicator is population growth of two wheel and four wheel vehicle. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on the condition already mention above, HUG Motor sees a market potential for car wash shop business development. In addition, there is only a few of local car wash shop owner that running their business well-planned and professionally. Therefore, HUG Motor is planning to develop their business through business through franchising scheme. <br /> <br /> <br /> By calculating sales trend and three possible scenarios such as Pessimistic, Most Likely, and Optimistic, feasibility study revealed HUG Motor plan is feasible or proper to be executed. In Rancabolang area, merely for Pessimistic scenario, investment analysis yield NPV Rp 251.996.935,04, PBP 3 years 5 months 12 days, IRR 19,32%, ROE 56,05%, and ROI 30,33%. <br /> <br /> <br /> Implementation plan for the next step is to prepare franchising proposal to be presented in front of prospective franchisee. <br /> text
