Brand is important for company and customers. For company , brand it an asset . For customers, brand is one of alot factor that motivate costomer to loyal in using a product. A product who have good brand equity will have positive value in customer view, and if <br />

costumer feel proud using a product it’s mean that costumer have a great brand equity of that product, beside of that a customer who have a good trusts to a product can recommend that product to others customer. <br />

Product is a first step in doing selling process. If that product have a positive value in customer view, so that product are good, the product can be said success if have a good: packaging, product contain, brand logo and tagline. If that things became remembered in customer mid, so that product had a good value in costumer view. Beside of that a promotion and comunication is the second step which must to do for company to deliver a product information in direct or un-direct to costumer. <br />

In this thesis, the writer doing a research, how to creating a new brand and a new tea product of Walini with qualitative and quantitative for knowing what product did costumer like in West Java especially Bandung. The result of this research will be a business solution to PT.PN VIII as a Walini tea company, and some suggestion for Walini brand and Walini new tea product which hope can be used to compete in tea industry that nowadays very competitive. |
