The building maintenance system for the “Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa” (Rusunawa) Cigugur abd Cingised is emphasized more on the rusunawa building itself along with the facilities and utilities incorporated. The type of maintenance conducted on “Rumah Susun” is a planned maintenance and unplanned maintenance is an emergency maintenance. To obtain an effective and efficient maintenance system, what are needed are a standard, purpose, target, methods and anaccurate maintenance control management procedure. From Rusunawa Cigugur and Cingised case study we see that an imbalance has <br />

occurred on the maintenance works. Maintenance works for the Rusunawa Cigugur has been done properly while the works at the Rusunawa Cingised has not yet been <br />

optimized. Based on these facts, the management system at Rusunawa Cingised must be tidied up in order for maintenance works to be executed properly. And for that, the management system at Rusunawa Cigugur can be recommended as a good example for the Rusunawa Cingised. |
