This final project goal is to design, manufacturing and testing hardware and software of signal conditioning device for data acquisition DAQPad 6020 E. <br />

Signal conditioning circuit in this final project is designed to have 32 input channel and 16 output channel. 16 input channel are default type and 16 other that through the signal conditioning. Signal conditioning is consist of differentials input, AC-DC coupling, low-pass filter and switch analog system. Cut-off frequency of filter and the condition pin of switch is controlled by DAQPad which configured by software. The software in this final project build by using graphic programming language LabVIEW 7.1. <br />

The hardware testing result show that the signal conditioning circuit has work properly to avoid the aliasing signal. Average difference percentage of defined cut-off frequency and the testing result cut-off frequency is 2,1 %. Coupling AC device has also work properly to avoid DC offset. The magnitude of signal with frequency 0 Hz is decrease up to -2,5 dB or 0,74 times of input signal. The program that being made in this final project also has work properly in controlled and acquire data from the hardware. |
