One of the goals in Indonesia state is to adroit nation life. Every people in Indonesia must to get the quality of education. To upgrade the quality can be define with a good planning start from immediacy input as student go in YPJ school at the first time without test, useful good method for the process so can be generate quality output. <br /> <br /> <br /> YPJ School operated in two area Tembagapura (highland) and Kuala Lencana (lowland). YPJ School Tembagapura become the object in this Final project. YPJ School in Tembagapura is the only one national school in Tembagapura area. It has completed facilities so it's needed good strategic operation to upgrade quality human resource. Effort to upgrade quality human resource is controlling utilization resource for the teachers and students with comparating by ratio number of students and resource. <br /> <br /> <br /> Approach of this research that used explanatory research with qualitative method, consider result that will reach as strategic description increase quality of human resource through education at YPJ School. Data that collected are primary data and secondary data with source come from teacher, principal, and other management. It is also getting from valid document from YPJ School with observation and documentation. Further, analyze data use analyze descript with SWOT analyzis to know opportunity in the future. Beside understand all <br /> <br /> <br /> strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunity which happened at YPJ School. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this research that found Set of problem at YPJ School Tembagapura such as capacity of classrooms with comparating by ratio the number of student in the classroom average 25 students, limited of teacher so the teacher tought more than one subject, Teacher less <br /> <br /> <br /> competency of English, Parents as stakeholder have different needs, also resource not be organized well. <br /> <br /> <br /> Strategic implementation can be realized with improvement condition classrooms agreeable with ratio the number of student in the classroom. The theacher who has less competency must be involved to internal and external training to increase performance. YPJ School <br /> <br /> <br /> Tembagapura also built effective communication with the parents. Material and resources organized by administration to available specific room for centralized material and resources that called supply room.
