| Summary: | The financial disaster has spread all over the world including Indonesia. The further impact of this tragedy will most likely hit the real sector of Indonesia that in turn will affect the national economy as a whole. However, many believe that this effect would not be too serious as what happened in 1997/98 crisis. This is so because the current economic fundamentals look better than in the last catastrophe, while the government and BI are well prepared to hamper the possible calamity, as reflected in the comprehensive policies that were taken. To support the policy and decision of top management the task in implementing quality management functions of the organization's control that have been set up by PT APG must be good and give value added to the results that management want to achieve the company's operational, especially in standard products they already owned, maintaining the trust business that has been awakened with better cash flow of investment and increased consumer satisfaction. <br />

To keep the customers value increase, PT APG needs to meet their requirements. Quality Management System standard provides a tried and tested framework for taking a systematic approach to managing the organization's processes so that they consistently turn out product that satisfies customers' expectations. <br />

The research method of this case is using qualitative approach and simplified quantitative approach to gather qualitative data or information in measuring the parameter of customer buying consideration. <br />
<br />
During the period of November 2008 until March 2009 which is the main buying factor of costumer value to buy an apartment is considered to concept, while price and location do not play as the primary factor in consideration to buy. PT. APG use Quality Management System covers all the requirements specified, unless the design is not entered in processes Apartment. <br />

Quality Management System implemented by PT. APG become a part of a good marketing mix strategy in the competition enter the market. |
