(AAA). AAA is one of networking management functions that has to be wellmaintained in supporting the operational business services, like the WIRU Hotspot for example. Wiru Hotspot is a project that is focusing on spreading hotspots around Bandung that is deployed by Icon plus-one of PLN subcorporate. OSS for AAA aspect uses Customer Management principles where the system that is built should improve the ability to Authenticate valid and not-valid logger, <br />

Authorize the Authenticated logger, and making report for the logged user's activities when using the system. Wiru Hotspot service as a service that is talked here has parameters that comes up to be the basic of implementing the system (OSS). Beside the main function - AAA-, parameters that have to be implemented are fast respon of the system for any kind of input and the stability-not easy to be crash. the OSS is hopefully implemented using opensource applications so that the system is upgradable at the future. In this final project the AAA OSS has been implemented for the Wiru Hotspot service. OSS that is built is working using opensource applications such as RADIUS Protocol-freeradius integrated with CoovaChilli captive portal (as a "walled garden" for the entrance of the web page" when user first time accessing the system to filling the username and password). process, OSS using Radius Manager called Daloradius, Radius management and reporting web based tool. testing is done by looking the output/respond of the preinput that is given to the system, related with all functions of AAA OSSS that has been designed before. The Total of testing subject is 22. From all testing we can summarize the the implemented OSS has been working properly (delivering the functions properly), respond time that less than 1 second, and not having crash while tested. |
