Based on the problems, some various ideas appeared to design the integration of two or more management system which implemented at the same time in one company. This research develops integration model of quality magement based on ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 about magemenent and technical requirements in testing and calibration laboratory. The purposes of this research are to formulate and to design integration model and integrated standard of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005, and the results expected to contribute for the companies and industries that implementated the two standards as the basis for the <br />

implementation of their management systems. As the purpouses, this research resulting integration steps, integration model and integrated standard of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 designs. Verification for integrated standard did with discuss to PT.Sucofindo Cibitung that implemented and sertified for ISO 9001:2008 for main organization and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for the labortories. Validation for Integration system model that developed in this research did with case study to Baristand Industri Pontianak, that adopting and implementating ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 at the same time. Case study did with developed Integrated Quality Manual (Manual Mutu, MM) and indentificated ISO/IEC 17025:2005 clauses in the lower level because too technical and detile. The result of this research expected can be implemented by enterprises and various industries that adopted ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 at the same time, to be more effective. |
