Summary:Adoption of enterprise information system technology has now become a trend in some <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> companies in Indonesia. For some companies, enterprise systems has not been a <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> supporting of the business anymore but has become a business enabler. So it is not <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> uncommon that many companies choose to switch to using enterprise system in order to <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> increase the company productivity. Of course, the adoption of technology is not as easy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> as expected, many technical factors and non-technical shall be considered for successful <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> implementation of enterprise systems. This study was developed to determine the factors <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> of organizational culture and individual social behavior that have any impact on the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> individual in the use of enterprise information systems at the workplace. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To measure the impact of the use of enterprise information system of the organizational <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> culture as a whole, this study uses context such as: teamwork, orientation to change, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> climate and morale, supervision, information flow, meetings, and involvement. Besides <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> that, the additional context of individual's social behavior such as: computer self-efficacy, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> personal outcome expectation, performance outcome expectation, and affect also <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> conducted to measure the impact of the use of enterprise information system of the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> individual. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on the sample of 186 respondents were processed, organizational cultural context <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> that influence individual's confidence in their ability to use enterprise information system <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> is teamwork, orientation to change, information flow, and involvement, while context <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> related to an individual's social behavior affecting the use of enterprise information <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> system is computer self-efficacy and performance outcome expectation.
