With the Systems thinking analysis, the research is revealing the structure that become the cause of the problem and give the holistically solution with redesign new structure based on two theory of the Strategic-Operational Management with Vision Dissemination of Prof. Dr. Jürgen Strohhecker and the Defense System Generic. The logical consequence would also the changing of formation of Indonesian Defense Organizations. With this thesis, hopefully the Revolution of Military Affairs in Indonesia in the spirit of Indonesian Reformation to better future would be having the scientific guidance. |
