The developed of information and telecommunication technology as Area Traffic Control System/ATCS operating in Bandung, that is possible to get more information about condition of traffic Flow with automatically. It means we get traffic flow data all the time and the chipest. The objectives of the research are. determining time slice representative which used to as hint of the time that all of calculating and origin destination matrix periodic establishment from estimated by GO and ME2 methods. Used to as hint to transferring of data from ATCS or publication result origin destination matrix periodic which used to network internet. The study area are Kotamadya Bandung and a part of Kabupaten Bandung. Zones based on administration area of Kelurahan, road network which observed are consist of arterial road, collector road and a part of local road. Other traffic flow data are collected on Wednesday (April 19\' 1999) on 41 road link (75 directions) during 4 hours (06.30 08.30 a m and 17.00-19.00 p.m) Critical value from difference of angle maximum as determining time slice representative parameter are vary between 2.76 and 2.93 by estimated ME2 methods and the estimated by GO between 0.77 and 0.88 wich have convidence level are ± 78 % So The morning peak period have time slice representative 30 minute but The afternoon peak period have Critical value from difference of angle maximum as determining time slice representative parameter are vary between 2.16 and 2.66 by estimated ME2 methods and the estimated by GO between 0.88 and 0.892 wich have convidence level are ± 88 % So The afternoon peak period have time slice representative 40 minute. text
