Ideal balance between customer satisfaction, cost reduction, maximum productivity and high profitability are trying to achieve with the implementation of good production management planning. The growing company which is marked with increasing product and increased potential market, requires the company to be more efficient in their activities. Problems on PT JKL Indonesia, such as high production costs variation and lack of production activities continuity that do not yet received special attention, should have become a problems focus that need to be resolved soon This final project aimed to provide alternative solutions to improve production management system in PT JKL Indonesia so as to reduce the variations in production costs and improve the continuity of production. The first step is to find the root of the problem through analysis of current conditions, production cost variation factors, production continuity inhibitor fcators and the potentialfactor for increased cost. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This final project offers a solution through root cause analysis in one by one. The root of the problems faced by PT JKL Indonesia is the low accuracy of forecasting sales, the company's policy that do not support, lack of coordination between sections and communication and information systems facilities are not yet integrated. The proposed solution is to increase the accuracy forecasting, company policy changes, improved information systems and communications facilities improvement, and optimization of supply chain strategy. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To be successful, the implementation of alternative solutions need the support of management and preparedness of all employees of the company. In addition, financial resources and adequate facilities technology is another thing that must be prepared to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. text
