Summary:A company’s vision, mission and values statement represent views, ways and expextations of a company, and serve as a map and compass to where the company is heading. A company’s vision, mission and values statement should be in line with the vision, mission and values of its shareholders, as they are the main stakeholder with a set of hopes and expectations they wish to fulfill by investing in a company. The main problem at PT. ABC is that shareholders aseesed that the company’s performance did not meet their hopes and expectations. To solve this problem, we need not seek answers so far as to review company’s internal and external environment, but first to see the basic core element, which is the alignment of company’s and shareholder’s vision, mission and values. Without alignment, the company and its shareholder will walk on a different path, and because of that, despite the great performance a company made, will not satisfy shareholder’s hopes and expectations. This final project focuses on aligning company’s and shareholder’s vision, mission, and values, and to study and develop an entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial leadership characteristics within the company to prepare the company in facing the changes caused by the alignment process. The research will provide a review of company’s vision, mission and values, and a study and measurement of current entrepreneurial orientation and leadership characteristics within the company, so that it can be improved to prepare the compant in the coming changes. The alignment of company’s and shareholder’s vision, mision and values which serves as a map and compass for the company is expected to improve shareholder’s view of company’s performance.
