Prefabricated formwork has been a component of a temporary structure that is essential for high rise building projects. And in the end, the purpose of this research is to improve the productivity of the column formwork works in the construction of prefabricated buildings using time-motion method studies.Column formwork works is limited only to the column formwork installation work, and process data using the method of flow charts, process charts, crew balance chart, and the cycle chart. Method of time-motion studies is direct observation at high rise building project, Grand Royal Panghegar Apartments, Bandung, West Java Province, Indonesia. Data is collected by recording and using recording devices such as camcorders or stopwatch, and display boards. The results of these observations is the production cycle time with data every task, every person who works, as well as the position and location of existing resources in each work process.
