The proof uses an estimate for the norm of the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> characteristic functions of balls and an inequality that involves modified of the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> with the values of the generalized fractional integral of the characteristic <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> functions. text
