Biomolecules with magnetic materials in the womb can be measured using sensors of magnetic properties are sensitive to magnetic properties, while for biomolecules that are not have magnetic materials can be labeled with magnetic ions such as that carried out on the porphyrin. Porphyrin is a heterocyclic aromatic macrocyclic compounds composed of four pyrrole rings linked by bridges and metin interpirol. In this study were made design instrument for measuring the concentration of porphyrin + Fe (III)-based GMR with concentration parameters and external magnetic field. The results obtained in the measurement of the concentration and the external magnetic field is given, the greater the value of the output voltage. Porphyrin concentrations in the body will affect the blood levels of hemoglobin, which transports oxygen function of the lungs throughout the body. The greater the level of hemoglobin in the blood, the better for the health. Development of this measure with these parameters will form as a reference for developing GMR GMR magnetic sensors as well as the prospects of biosensor. text
