This also happened in PT. Telkom, which has made a major transformation in business orientation, organizations and HR, infrastructure and systems and corporate culture since 2008. The transformation carried out was intended to maintain Telkom at the regional level and develop Telkom up to international level. Until 2011, many achievements have been achieved either by Telkom, but there was also some decline in field service and corporate earnings., Leadership and management of change are the important factors for transformation successes. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> According to House and Antonakis, there are currently five leadership behaviors; transformational, transactional, laissez faire, facilitation and strategic follower behavior. While the best change management and often used by big companies in making changes is 8 steps leading change from Kotter. Furthermore, both theories are used as instruments of assessment the influence of leadership and change management in Telkom in supporting the achievement of transformation performed. The transformation in this study were measured based on four aspects; image, business growth, employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This instrument was made in the form of a questionnaire with Likert scale. The questionnaire was tested its validity and reliability. This research was conducted at Telkom Bandung Japati. Total population are 292 people who are top managers and middle managers, the number of samples taken as many as 86 people on the basis of sample withdrawal Roscoe eligible for multivariate research. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Questionnaire results processed by multiple linear regression method. Classical assumption suggests that the questionnaire results qualify the linear regression method. Hypothesis test proved that 0.738 has a strong correlation between leadership and change management in Telkom Japati towards the achievement of transformation, and it effect about 54.4%. Based on the significance test, leadership and change management variables simultaneously affect the achievement of transformation. Partial test (t) shows the indicator of transactional leadership, sense of urgency and build Coalition, partially affect the achievement of transformation because the t count> t table or t <- t table. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Business solutions are proposed based on the results of descriptive analysis, comparisons, and multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this analysis, the variables that affect both support the achievement of transformation given a solution for improvement in order to achieve a better result of transformation. text
