ABSTRACT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> High-speed information technology has a very important role in the success and profitability of the industry today. Businesses such as financial services can not tolerate any risk that occurs caused by information technology. In this kind of business, Reliable IT infrastructure is strongly needed to support optimal performance. The alternate solution of those problems is the company should build their own Data Center to accommodate the need of highly reliable IT Technology. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This Final Project purpose is to analyse business development of Data Center in east area of Indonesia. Business analysis consists of exploring market potential, technology aspect, risk analysis and also feasibility study using various indicators of financial feasibility including IRR, NPV and PBP, combined with Sensitivity Analysis. This project investment cost is Rp 434,982,600,000. After determine financial feasibility factors, it is result IRR 24% which higher than WACC (10.89%), Net Present <br /> <br /> <br /> Value amount is Rp 92,252,128,021 indicate positive value and payback period result is 6 years and 1 month. Based on result of financial analysis, Data Center project is feasible to be implemented with certain assumption related to equity support with <br /> <br /> <br /> Electricity Price is also an important factor that effecting Data Center project feasibility analysis. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> As the conclusion of financial analysis is feasible then the next step is developing implementation plan. The implementation steps of this project would focus on 2 main staging, which are business, and market staging and technical design staging. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Keyword: Data Center, IRR, NPV, PBP, and Sensitivity Analysis.
