Where operation temm is focus on Lagging indicators, on the other hand maintenance teamm still using Leading indicator.The Balanced Scorecard is a comprehensive measurements that covers four perspectives, thus are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, also learning and growth perspective. Measurement using Balanced Scorecard is capable to guide and evaluate business performance in order to create a value for the future through investment in customers, employees, and technology innovation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This Final Project is trying to implement modified Performance Measurement System introduced by Imad Alsyouf. The research provides Balanced Scorecard design and company’s performance measurement which can be applied by PTCPI, which expected could increase productivity of company, increase and develop internal processes, encourages attitude to learn and develop to improves employee’s performance.This final project will deliver a design of maintenance indicators that are categorized as Production, Costumer, Internal Business Process, dan Learning and Growth perspectives that having significance contribution on production at PTCPI. text
