distribution of fuel oil that covered the Premium product, Kerosene, and Diesel Fuel. The occurrence of change in map of competition, caused pattern of Pertamina efforts to be focused on the consumer's satisfaction in oriented manner in security of the supply, where the service was focused on Maximizing product availability, Optimizing inventory and minimizing transportation cost. At this time, the Ujung <br />

Berung depot did not have risk management for his operational activity, only had the risk management from the aspect of Safety, Health and the Environment Protection (K3LL) then. The nonexistence of the handling the operational risk will impact on achievement the performance. To overcome this matter, done the research about operational risk management in acceptance, storage and distribution, with research stage was the identification stage, measurement, risk management and the implementation plan from the risk management. The identification of the risk was obtained from the interview and spreading the questionnaire. The calculation of the measurement risk are using the <br />
<br />
<br />
descriptive analysis (used mean and the standard of the deviation) towards results of the questionnaire, then was carried out by the simulation of Monte Carlo to get the many data and better. Was based on results of the measurement, the operational risk was in the Acceptance, Storage and the Distribution found by as many as 55 risks that including process/system risk, technology/ infrastructure risk, and human resources risk. The risk management that happened was 15 risks transferred (high level risk) such as SPBU critical risk, consumer's complaint risk, et cetera; 39 risks were controlled (medium risk) such as tank of accumulating leaked risk, rented system risk, et cetera; and 1 risk retained (low risk level) are uncompleted facilities of the tanker car. The proposed handling risk could give the solution on obstacles that deal with by the Ujung Berung depot. |
