Information on the quality of the IGD in Article 49 paragraph (1) and (2) Law No. 4 Year 2011 on Geospatial Information (UUIG) explicitly requires to draft the quality control (QC) procedures in order to do quality assurance (QA) of the Geospatial Information (Informasi Geospasial /IG). For the very first time ever, in 2013 Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) did digital aerial photography and RBI mapping of 1:5.000 scale in northern Bandung. In the future, the RBI mapping of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 1:5.000 scale with digital photogrammetry method will be increasingly used and to ensure the quality of the resulting maps, performing the quality control is needed at all phases of the production of large scale map of the RBI. Currently, QC on largescale RBI map production is done through supervision procedures who supervise the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> production process of a large-scale map of the RBI directly to the third party (the contractor). QC procedures are fused with the supervision procedures cause confusion in the control of production process and quality testing of RBI map production. Development of the QC procedure is needed in order to separate the QC <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> procedures and the existing supervision in production process. Standard/specification documents RBI map production and other supporting documents are used as a <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> reference for the development of quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) procedures and documents. Methods of study are done on the work flow production <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> of RBI large scale mapping with digital photogrammetric method until preparation phase of map RBI geodatabase. Structuring procedure is then performed and surfing <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> QC/QA documents at every phase of the production of the map RBI. The results of the study are QC/QA arranged consecutively on nine production phases of largescale <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> production of RBI map with digital photogrammetry method. QC procedure consists of twenty seven documents which become a reference document for QA aerial photographs, DTM (Digital Terrain Model) and contour, and RBI geodatabase. The implementation of QA/QC procedures and document on the production process of a large scale map RBI with digital photogrammetry method guarantees the quality of the product RBI mapping can be done. text |
