Stratigraphy consists of five lithostratigraphic units. First, Breccia Unit was deposited in Early Miocene, then Claystone-Sandstone Unit deposited conformably in Early-Middle Miocene. Claystone-Limestone Unit, then, <br /> <br /> <br /> deposited in Middle Miocene, with Sandstone Units deposited after that, conformably. The last is Alluvial Unit deposited unconformably. Geological structure in the area which are folding, relatively W-E, and faulting, strike-slip fault with N-S orientation, are controlled by N-S force deformation in Pliocene- <br /> <br /> <br /> Pleistocene. Uplift and erosion process then created morphology just like now. <br /> <br /> <br /> Geothermal manifestation consist of two hot springs, which are chloride water, with reservoir temperature about 115-140˚C, in 20-30 m depth. From the anomaly of Na and Cl, and supported by isotope analysis, the origin of geothermal fluid, approximated, is from formation water. text |
