In the context of marine cadastre, which became the object of study is the object of marine space. Object of marine space is closely related to the boundaries water of sea. The concept of marine boundary will provide information about the rights, responsibilities, and restriction to all stakeholders that relevant to the marine space.UU No 32 on 2004 about Provincial and District Government provide clarity regarding the concept of maritime boundaries at province and district. Maluku Province as archipelagic province, has some marine space objects, which is associated to the concept of adapting the maritime boundary archipelagic states in accordance to UNCLOS 82 and the maritime boundary in accordance to UU No 32 on 2004 .The purpose of this study is to identify marine space objects at Maluku Province and it’s correlation to the concept of maritime boundary. The metodology to determine space objects in Maluku’s Provinces is literate study, data collection and analysis regarding the concept of maritime boundary. Those correlation is give on the map. As a result of reaserch, is concluded that it is not all marine object in Maluku Provinces mostly located in Ambon area. text
