Indonesia is a pluralistic nation that is rich in culture and history. Bandung City is one of the big cities in Indonesia, which has a long and interesting history to be known at least by his own city population. They are expected to have awareness, knowledge, and concerns to preserve the city history and culture. Appreciation of the history and culture can be pursued <br /> <br /> <br /> through conservation efforts and make it part of the educational process, and museum can be a good medium for those efforts. There are several factors why Bandung was chosen as the object of this research. First, because Bandung is one of the city that has a great history. Second, because Bandung also has many interesting aspects to be researched in terms of education, arts and culture, creative industries, urban planning, heritage, and the most prominent is tourism. And third, Bandung as <br /> <br /> <br /> a city with fairly advanced education, appropriate if the museum was established as a means of education, history and culture. Departing from that tought, then the case of final project that I raise is the Bandung <br /> <br /> <br /> History Museum. The status of this project is fictitious and is located in Jalan Cibiru, Bandung, with a total space area 9545 m2. Bandung History Museum was established as an effort to encourage residents to be aware of the existence of Bandung. By knowing the existence of Bandung, it is expected to grow their sense of love for their city, Bandung, so that will positively impact the direction of urban development.
