Summary:Pasteur highway gate is passed by many vehicles every day. This leads to the increasing of emission across the highway and eventually increase the concentration of SO2. This research aims to seek the relation between SO2 concentration and the influence of meteorological parameteric that are produced by vehicles at Pasteur highway gate. The parameter that are associated with SO2 concentration are humidity, rainfall, and solar radiation.The type of datas that will be used for the calculation are vehicles and meteorology datas. The model to calculate the concentration of SO2 is Delhi Finite Line Source (DFLS).This research is done by grouping the time in morning, day, and afternoon on Monday and Tuesday (working day), Saturday and Sunday (day off.Besides finding the relation between SO2 and meteorology parameter, this reserach also found other factors that influenced SO2 concentration more, such as the reactivity of SO2 itself and the formation with other chemical substances. This reserach proves that SO2 concentration is not directly influenced by meteorolgy parameter. To justify this, humidity, rainfall, and solar radiation varies in its relation to SO2 concentration
