After nearly 20 years LEN operated as one of government business institution which operates in strategic industries majoring of electronics technology. LEN which originally known as research institution should changes the konseptual framework from researcher into business institution. LEN’s background as a researcher and government support agencies are not always making LEN become a winner in every single competitions in the industry. Thus is very essential for LEN to have a strategic plan to achieve the company objectives. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> As an BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) LEN have a duty to obey all the stipulations made by the government through the Ministry of BUMN. Revision of RJPP provisions made by the Minister of BUMN which is intended for all BUMN. RJPP (Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan) is a planned strategic direction to achieving goals or targets in short-term and company long-term objetive. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The evaluation of LEN’s RJPP 2009-2013 is done by considering two aspects consist of the result of short term target and company’s long term objective. May be concluded that there were clashes between short-term annual targets which represent by RKAP (Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan) and long term corporate objectives as outlined in RJPP. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> By analyzing internal and external factors which poured through the audit strategy, the author recommend Forward Integration as a corporate strategy, Differentiation Focus as a business strategy aimed to the market of the government and the Cost Focus strategy to the private markets, as well as the functional strategies which intended to support the corporate and business strategies that have been set.
