This research validating IRI-2012 by using data GPS. Data IRI isi collection of data from ionosonda. Data VTEC IRI obtained from model described with function of latitude, longitudes, and time. While VTEC GPS obtained from observation above an obsevation station desired. Based on the results of data processing it is known that the value of VTEC variatif. Months of study have showed that in general, the IRI modelling is inaccurate with the accordance at GPS data in Indonesia given specific months or season.this phenomena happened because lack of data on ionosonde in Indonesia. text
