LAPI ITB as a company owned by ITB that has fine reputation in Indonesia and honors the academic moral and principal. The challenges are very complex, because they are not only appearing from external aspects but also from the internal. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on the evaluation using Strategic Factor Analysis Summary, it was discovered that PT. LAPI ITB was placed in the second quadrant which means PT. LAPI ITB has severe weaknesses in its internal system. On the other hand, the external condition has shown positive sign which means the situation in the consulting industry was relatively conducive.Therefore PT. LAPI ITB needs a strategy to improve its internal system in order to face the challenges that appearing from both internal and external aspects. PT. LAPI ITB needs to develop internal strategy to secure its main supplier (ITB-expert) and to reach prospective segment. Moreover, PT. LAPI ITB should also develop a strategy to cooperate with all of its stakeholders.The strategy has been converted into Integrated Performance Measurement System which has three perspectives (Organization Output, Internal Process and Resource Capability) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The conversion was purposed to create comprehensive, applicable, do-able, and measured strategy that align with its vision and mission.To make sure that the strategies and measurements are aligning towards PT. LAPI ITB’s vision and mission, proper implementation methods should be adopted as necessary into PT. LAPI ITB’s business process. text |
