Description
Summary:Puri Parkview Apartments are an apartment to be constructed in the area of West Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. This building consists of 21 floors Tower A and 22 floors Tower B and there is a basement with a depth of 4 meters. At this final project, it was designed alternative foundation system for the building and the basement systems. The Foundation and basement systems are designed to withstand planned and strong earthquakes which has been calculated in the analysis of structures. The system used is bored pile group with bore depth is 18 to 22 meters below ground level.

The method used for calculating the axial capacity of the bored pile is by doing a manual calculation method Based on N-SPT and as well as using computer programs SHAFT. Then calculation of the capacity of lateral using the Brom's method and computer program LPILE. Analysis of Group to find out the actual forces that occurred on the single pile as group and settlement analysis done by the program GROUP 7.0. Design and analysis undertaken also included longitudinal and spiral reinforcement for the pile and foundation pilecap.

For the basement, the first analysis is the slopes stability of excavation conducted with SLOPE/W program. Then the next is the design of the tension pile and floor plate of basement to withstand the uplift. Then the last one is the design of basement walls to withstand the lateral forces on the ground at both the service and earthquake condition. The design above also includes the design of reinforcement for the tension pile, basement walls and floor plate.

Design for concrete structures and reinforcement done in accordance with the regulations of the SNI 03-2847-2002 about The Planning of the Concrete Structure For Building. Results of design and the reference for foundation construction showed in the detail drawings.
