Summary:International Court of Justice decision about the ownership of the Sipadan and Ligitan Islands already have permanent legal force, and East Timor province has become its own country. It has the legal implications of the geographical coordinates of the points on the archipelagic baselines attachments on the Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2002 about List of Geographic Coordinates of the Archipelagic Baseline of Indonesia. The Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2002 has been issued substitute to the Government Regulation Noumber 37 Year 2008 on amendments to the Government Regulation Noumber 38 Year 2002. One such change is the four basepoints in the Celebes Sea due to the loss of Sipadan and Ligitan Island. Based on the decision of the ICJ (International Court of Justice), therefore TD.036C, TD.036B in P. Ligitan and TD.036A in P. Sipadan is replaced by TD.036, TD.036A, TD.036B in P. Sebatik. Furthermore, TD.037 in Tg. Arang moved to Karang Unarang. The result of this study is the change of territorial sea is 1556.6708 km2.
