DMM has launched various online community sites since 2010 but the development of online communities to this day it is still stagnant and if this is still happening in the future can lead to not achieving the purpose of the DMM to improve the I.M.E in the Telkom business, so this becomes a business issue that can be assessed, to focus the assessment then writer had to select one community sites as a case study which is speedytaqwa.com. “Speedytaqwa” has been online since mid-2011 and the hit traffic is still stagnant with low Alexa rank and member community. From the identification of the causes of problems, have been found several reasons that <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> lead to the emergence of these problems, and writer found the root cause is the actual indicator of speedytaqwa.com did not reach the expected indicator of speedytaqwa.com. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research was conducted with the aim to provide a strategy to increase the effectiveness of the proposed site speedtaqwa.com. For that aim we need to do a study on need & want customers and analyzing the effectiveness the site through the 7 Cs (Context, Content, Community, Customization, Communication, Connection and Commerce) and assisted by several online tools that is well proven. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Alternative business solutions which are applied in this study have been made based on the root problems that have been found is to use a resource-based strategy that is based on the analysis has been carried out in chapter II is expected to focus the company to increase the effectiveness of speedytaqwa.com sites in the future, The strategies that have been formulated are updating content, improving the competence of human resources, social <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> technology tools, increased engagement member loyalty, organizational measurement techniques, SEO optimization. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> As the implementation of the strategy has been applied will be more vigorous with promotional efforts through online social media as well as quizzes and competitions with the appropriate use of assistive technology application which will facilitate the employees supported the development of employee competencies in which the overall strategy initiated in 2012, including measuring the site effectiveness on regular basis ranging from daily to annual evaluation. <br /> text |
