An investment can be defined as the commitment or funds to one or more assets that will be held over some future time period. In order to that Jakarta Stock exchange as a secondary market firm in Indonesia which is willing to expand its trading system into Remote Trading System invites me investor to be mutually construct and attach the new hardware and software system. In which both company will make an agreement or their joint operating scheme and going to tun that new trading system. As the impact of the investment, investors wish to earn a return on their money but since they must always consider the risk involved in investing, they have to know how much and how sensitive the return that they will get when they initiated the tnvestment. There are two goals in this thesis, first would be proposed the joint operating scheme between Jakarta Stock exchange and PT. \"X\" as a firm. That takes paw 85 an Investor for this project Secondly would be calculated the share for each as a complement for the investment. Wherein the analysis for the share would be derived from the number of transaction made by Anggola Bursa, which has been distinguished into three scenarios, optimistic, pessimistic and most likely. As the result from the data collecting and its computing it is proposed that the scheme tor the Joint Operating between them is Ke,asama Operas+ with Built, Operate, Transfer or BOT pattern. And number of the share is 35.62% for PT.\"X\" and 64,38% for Jakarta Stock Exchange. with the performances for investment using the percentage share for PT. \"X\" is showed below: [TABLE, please click the file to see the table].
