This problem certainly became attention of PT. Telcom and has many steps that were taken in overcoming him, but this problem continued to emerge in each one of his workers. <br />

dealt with by PT. TELKOM, how the company's culture of The Telkom Way 135 (TTW 135) could aim the work behaviour of each one of employee to became more optimal with giving more attention to the worker's internal factor. This solution in focussed to found a culture that paid attention to the individual as humankind that had the values in himself including the motivation. Spiritually Organization Culture (SOC) was a concept of the culture that paid attention to each worker as the individual that had inner life. Including to the individual motivation in the company. In this research will be carried out the analysis by evaluating the TTW culture 135 base in the motivation approach and also SOC to see how far TTW 135 can motivated and showing the values that paid attention to the individual in the company. Afterwards will be appointed an application that was appropriate from SOC into TTW 135. This application adding and adapting the values from SOC in one of the TTW points 135.Expected with the SOC application to be able to overcome the problem that was linked with the worker's motivation in PT. Telcom but also will increase the implementation from TTW 135. |
