In this research, An approach to creep process could be done through empirical equation and rheology model. The result of rheology model is used to determine long term shear strength of intact rock. <br /> <br /> <br /> Anugrahanto (2009) analyzed the creep behaviour at the same sandstone with 45 mm diameter of the shear plane. The result showed that there was a decrease in shear strength becomes 66.09% from the peak shear strength in the long term. Long term cohesion also had a decline to 66.09% of the Cp value while the internal friction angle had a decline to become 79.93% p and73.90% r. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this research, a decrease in the long term shear strength resulted to 45.04% from the peak of shear strength. Long term cohesion had a decrease to 36% from the Cp value and 42% from the Cr value. Internal friction angle had a decline to 71% from the value of p and 55% from the value of r text |
