Summary:The addition of a road as a link between two different land uses is necessary for the development of an area. The continued increase in the amount of movement of vehicles in the city of Bandung required new alternative roads such as toll roads in the city (Bandung Intra Urban Toll Road) to facilitate the movement both internal traffic of Bandung as well as through traffic. <br /> <br /> <br /> Economic benefit analysis of BIUTR is carried out to see the savings of Vehicle Operating Cost and the value of time generated by the construction of toll roads. The savings are obtained by comparing the Vehicle Operating Cost and the Time Value of existing network (do nothing) with a network that has included BIUTR (do something) in 2017 until 2047 with the help of SATURN software to get the travel time and the flows in both conditions. The data required include the Origin Destination Matrix, road network, traffic counting, the total population, and the base price of vehicle components. <br /> <br /> <br /> From the results of modeling and analysis obtained is known that the value of savings in 2017 is 5,429,176,303 IDR/hour and continued to increase until 2047 amounting to 76,656,391,870 IDR/hour.
