Dashboard and Scorecard <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> are performance management system that can facilitate an organization to measure, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> monitor, and manage the performance of their business processes both from a <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> financial and non-financial that can be used to monitor the achievement of corporate <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> performance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this study is to develop a dashboard model with balanced scorecard <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> framework for company that supply electrical power to the company. This study <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> begins with a preliminary case study on the 3 (three) corporates/business units that <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> supply electrical power to the company, namely PT Krakatau Daya Listrik, Power <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> House Division of PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala, and PT Pelayanan Listrik <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Nasional Batam. Cross-case analysis conducted on strategic management, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> performance management systems, and the use of performance indicators by the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> three research object. Furthermore, strategic performance dashboard model <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> developed on 3 elements, namely information (internal and external), users, and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> performance dashboard’s data presentation refers to the results of the preliminary <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> case study. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on the performance dashboard model development, a prototype strategic <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> performance dashboard built with the balanced scorecard framework for corporate/ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> business unit that supply electrical power to the company. Prototype development <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> focused on 21 of strategic performance that can be configured for the corporate <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> executive with a presentation of the data in accordance with company requirements, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> so the results from this study can be used in corporate/business unit electrical power <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> supply company to company in general.
