Vertical building such as apartment or high rise building is building up in one parcel with multiple ownership. Satuan Rumah Susun (Sarusun) in land register still using blue-print in the sarusun boundaries. In fact, existing objects not necessarily equal to blue-print Needs to be done. as-built survey which is survey mapping exisiting building. A survey mapping building can use the technology Terrestrial Laser Scanning Technology (TLS). Through survey mapping building will obtain the model and geometry 3D building object that can be used to support kadaster 3D. Electtronic Total Station (ETS) use to obtain data coordinate in form of reference point as starting point measurement of TLS. Survey mappinp building by using TLS is done by scanning the object with several scan from different setup of the instrument. Data processing consists of the stages of registration by using natural point feature methods either at once or in gradually, filtering, georeferencing, wrapping. 3D modeling is obtained through a process of wrapping using Geomagic software. Analisys conducted by comparing error registration with accuracy position either on registration at once and gradually. In addition, conducted an analysis of distance measurement result on a mesh model and distance result size of the ETS which is considered correct. The results obtained are 3D models of building. On the at once registration obtained error registration that exceeding 0.006 m. Needs to be done reselecting tie points. On the gradual registration, in any stages obtained error registration less than 0.006 m. The result of measurement of distance in mesh model same with the result of measure of distance ETS text
