Although it is known that most of the flow is turbulent than laminar, but it would explain the fluid flowing in a pipe that is devoted fully developed laminar flow. simple understanding of fluid dynamics in the discussion by making an analysis using the program COMSOL Multiphysics 4.2 for the Navier - Stokes fluid flow to the steady laminar flow in the pipe. Observations were made to determine the distribution and velocity and pressure profiles as well as the parameters of fluid flow in the pipeline. Results obtained that the velocity and pressure in the pipe is affected by the initial velocity (v0), and the value of the viscosity(μ) of the type of fluid flow. text |
