To support the implementation of green building, each country has a tools to determine whether a building can be certified as a green building. Indonesia already has a rating toos of green building named greenship by GBCI (Green Building Council of Indonesia) in 2010. In the analysis of the potential implementation of green building concept in CADL building, greenship bechmark is used as a reference. From the study green building potensial analysis in CADL buildings, there are some alternative solutions to the six aspects of green building, these are land use, energy efficiency and refrigerants, water conservation, resource and material cycles, air quality and comfort, and environmental management of buildings. These aspects are integrated in the implementation. So, beside the innovation of sixth aspect, the policy also needed from the stakeholders. text
