Waste has been one of major problems in big cities in Indonesia requiring immediate solution from its government.Therefore the Goverment of the West Java Province (represented by West Java Waste Management Center – Badan Pengelola Sampah Regional (BPSR) Jawa Barat) has finally overtaken such problem by arranging construction plan of the Nambo recycling and final processing landfill - Tempat Pengolahan dan Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah Nambo(NAMBO TPPAS).This project are involved into the sanitation priority project in the Private-Public Patrnership(PPP) – Kerjasama Pemerintah dan Swasta (KPS) scheme implemented altogether with BAPPENAS. These projects are expected to be the solution to the waste problem in the city of Bogor and Depok. Waste on Nambo TPPAS will be processed into useful products 1.Recycle Material 2. RDF(refuse derived fuel) 3. Compost.This Final Project is to analyze the project feasibility study of development projects nambo TPPAS based on Regulation of Minister of national development planning No.3 2012. This feasibility studyconsist of 1.Social cost benefit analysis 2.Marketing Analysis 3.Financial Analysis 4. Risk Analysis and 5.Tariff Analysis.Based on the analysis, the conclusions obtained are the project can be said to be feasible if the government provides government support in the form of initial project funding. Beside that the project can not be assessed only in terms of financial side but must be assessed in terms of the resulting social benefits. This project ii generatesubstantial EIRR (Economic internal rate of return). This prompted the government to immediately implement the construction of this project. Therefore implementationstepsafterobtainingthe results ofthe feasibilitystudyis to conductproperpartnerselection.The order ofimplementationworkplanconsistsoftwomain groups, namelySelection right PPP Partner and Construction Management
