Summary:DKI Jakarta is province with rapid development and economic growth. High levels of urbanization makes Jakarta be the most populated area in Indonesia today. Indirectly, this makes an increase in development and ground water extraction that caused the land subsidence phenomenon. This phenomenon affects the high reference frame in Jakarta, giving rise to various problems. The methods used in this study are statistical and modeling methods to determine the rate and the pattern of land subsidence so that it can be analyzed to determine the appropriate solution. This study resulted a rate of land subsidence in each region in Jakarta, namely: North Jakarta by 7.2 cm/year, West Jakarta by 4 cm/year, East Jakarta by 3.3 cm/year, Central Jakarta by 2.7 cm/year and South Jakarta by 1.9 cm/year. This proved that the land subsidence affecting the high reference frame system in Jakarta. The solution has been made in an effort to overcome that problem. Planting method of high reference point that considered fairly stable with a depth of 200 meters or more below the ground surface also the affirmations of regulations on the use of groundwater. The benefits of this research include determining the appropriate method to minimize the influence of land subsidence on the height reference system. Thus, the construction can be run as it should .
